BIG BIG TRAIN

More than 30 years after it all started, one of the leading progressive rock bands visit Scandinavia for the first time, with stops at Stora Teatern in Gothenburg August 28 and Fryshuset Klubben in Stockholm August 30. The concerts are a part of The Journey Continues tour and the chart topping, seven headed band are augmented with an additional 4 piece horn section on stage to give the very best live BBT experience to you!

The talented international band from USA, UK, Italy, Sweden and Norway consists of singer Alberto Bravin (PFM), drummer Nick D’Virgilio (Genesis, Spock’s Beard, Tears for Fears), guitar/keyboard player Rikard Sjöblom (Beardfish, Gungfly), violinist Clare Lindley (Stackridge), bass player Gregory Spawton, keyboard player Oskar Holldorff (Dim Gray) and rising star Maria Barbieri.

The band promises to bring a varied setlist with a selection of Big Big Train classics, alongside tracks from the upcoming album “Ingenious Devices”, as well as some brand new material. This should NOT be missed

Support band will be Norwegian rising stars Dim Gray, who have just received raving reviews after opening for Marillion.
